报告摘要:Aging represents a progressive physiological decline that elevates vulnerability to neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases. Our research investigates aging biomarkers including DNA methylation (e.g., GrimAge) and telomere length to evaluate biological age and disease susceptibility. Through analysis of cohort data and public databases, we demonstrate the significant impact of lifestyle and genetic factors on aging processes. Current challenges involve biomarker standardization and clinical implementation. Future research priorities include elucidating molecular mechanisms and developing effective interventions for healthy longevity.
