摘要(Abstract):This talk explores the interplay between quantum thermodynamics and classical mechanics using Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) as quantum working media. We focus on two systems: a quantum heat engine based on a spin-orbit- and Zeeman-coupled BEC, and the piston dynamics of a Rabi-coupled BEC. In the quantum heat engine, we examine how spin-orbit coupling modulates efficiency, revealing critical coupling values for optimal performance. In the piston system, quantum pressure from the BEC drives the piston’s motion, controlled through the time-dependent Rabi field. These studies highlight the potential of BECs for quantum control and thermodynamic applications.
